Balance is a universal principle and a human requirement:
Man lives in this life constantly seeking to satisfy his motives and needs in order to achieve them. Man is a being who is constantly searching for happiness, stability, and security, and is constantly searching for his psychological needs. There is no doubt that man is fascinated by everything new that coincides with the wheel and speed of life and the drive to keep up with it, specifically that which targets his interests and happiness.
Man is always passionate about competition, aspiration, challenge, and the pursuit of life in different ways and means, with the aim of quickly reaching the best, the best, and the most complete in one way or another, in order to achieve the desired and never-ending happiness. Rather, he remains searching for it and striving for it until the end of life. And if that indicates, it may indicate that the rush Life is characterized by stability, but it constantly changes with the fluctuation of circumstances and conditions and the changing and renewable interests of man, which suit his needs and requirements in every era.
We live in the time of the clock and the speed in which time is calculated by the second. Our journey in life has become obsessions, desires, competition, and challenges. We strive to achieve a desire to achieve ourselves and then for the sake of our world. It happens that we overdo it and exhaust ourselves, so we lose the present moment.
In the midst of the daily concerns, the abundance of distractions, the lack of time, and the energy-consuming rush that exhausts the feelings and requirements of the era, in addition to the scientific revolution and technology and its uses, which have brought about rapid leaps and many changes in our lives and whose uses have varied, duties, obligations, laws, restrictions, and various daily activities and burdens on our shoulders have increased, in our family and social relationships. And our relations with those around us and those far away that bind us, whether they are humanitarian, fraternal, international, customary, legal, ideological, or other ties that are based on human interaction and integration.
