لا تقدّم لنا "كريستينا فرناندث كوباس" بطلاتِها بسهولة، فهي تأخذنا في مسارات مستقيمة للوهلة الأولى، وفي لحظةٍ ما، تقلب كلّ شيء رأساً على عقب، فنكتشف أن شخصياتها تضطرب بين واقعَين، الفاصل بينهما دقيق جداً، هما الواقع الثابت، والواقع المُتخيّل أو الموهوم. يطغى أحدهما على الآخر تارةً، وتحدث مصالحة بينهما تارة أخرى، من غير أن ندري أيّهما الموجود الحقيقي، وأيّهما غير الموجود.
"حجرة نونا" التي حازت جائزة النقّاد في إسبانيا (2015)، والجائزة الوطنية للسرد (2016)، عدسةٌ مكبّرة نرى فيها تعقيدات النفس البشرية والغموض الذي يلفّ حياتنا من دون أن ننجح في ملاحظته وفهمه دائماً، تعيد فيها "كوباس" النظر في الطفولة والنضج والوحدة والأسرة، لتكشف لنا أن لا شيء هو فعلياً كما يبدو، كاتبةً كلَّ ذلك بلغةٍ شفيفة وبأسلوب متفرّد تضفي عليه مسحةً بوليسية، بمهارة وخفّة.
وهذه الرواية تحكى عن مقتل سيدة لا يدل على قتلها سوى وجود أثر حقن يمثل العلامة الوحيدة للحقنة المميتة التي أدت إلي مقتلها. ويحاول المحقق"هيركيول بوارو" الذي ابتكرته "أجاثا كريستي" من نسج خيالها والذي أصبح مشهورا على مستوى العالم وكأنه شخصية حقيقية حل لغز مقتل هذه السيدة في غضون أربع وعشرين ساعة فقط. فما هي الأسباب والملابسات التي أدت لمقتل تلك السيدة ؟
